Crl.M.P.No.7713 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7457 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7457 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7457 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
