ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR based o the order passed in CMP.No.16 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 on the file of the Special Court under the TNPID Act, 1/4

Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite order passed by the Special Court under the TNPID Act, Coimbatore under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. the respondent police has not acted upon.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the case is related to Economic Offence, action from the Superintendent of Police is required and that they would act within two weeks.

4. The above submission is recorded and the respondent police is directed to comply the direction passed by the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore within the above stipulated period.
