This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.C.No.9 of 2012 on the file of the Mahila court, Perambalur, Perambalur District and quash the proceedings therein.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial court has been completed in the above S.C.No.9 of 2012 and the same has already been disposed of by the learned Mahila Court, Perambalur.
3. According to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that nothing survives in the matter for adjudication, and this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
