After hearing the matter at length, when this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition stating that there is already a Single Phase Line running over the petitioner's property and the respondent is only trying to make Single Phase line as a Three Phase line, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Therefore, recording the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
