ORDER
This petition has been filed to to call for the records in impugned Crime No.916 of 2011 dated 31.07.2011 on the file of the respondent Police and quash the same as not maintainable.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.610 of 2017 by the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
