2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition is for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members. He further submitted that the matter relates to matrimonial dispute between husband and the wife. Hence, he seeks for dismissal of the petition.

3.Since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter also relates to matrimonial dispute and the petition is also of the year 2014, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
