2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondents/1st defendants raised objection to the effect that since he has already filed the application to reject the plaint in C.S.No.501 of 2018, this application cannot be taken at this stage.

3. This Court is unable to countenance such argument made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/1st defendant since the document is subject to proof and admissibility. Accordingly, the present application is ordered as prayed for.
