ORDER

This petition has been filed to Quash the proceedings of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Revenue Divisional Officer) Krishnagiri in his proceedings in M.C.No.90/2014/C dated 17.03.2014 and quash the same.

2.The petitioner filed this petition to challenge the show cause notice issued against him under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the month of March, 2014. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
