ANNAGANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Since, the conditional order dated 19.04.2017 has been complied with by the petitioner by depositing a sum of Rs.41,000/-(Rupees forty one thousand only) being 50% of the arrears of maintenance and also the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees six thousand only) as current maintenance for the month of June, 2017 and these facts have been confirmed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the said order of interim stay granted on 19.04.2017 is made absolute.
