The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register a case for the various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 02.09.2014 against the persons named in the complaint.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. P.N.PRAKASH,J.,

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that when the Revenue Authorities came for surveying the land of the petitioner, the proposed accused had prevented the survey. Pursuant to which, the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 02.09.2014.

4. It is seen that the Revenue Inspector himself has given a complaint on 02.09.2014 and therefore, this Court directs the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner and also give protection to the Revenue Authorities at the time when they come to survey and measure the land of the petitioner.

5. With the above observation, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
