3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file in RCS No.6 of 2023 on the file of CCB, Egmore, Chennai on 10.11.2023 itself.
