The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2009 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are complaints and counter complaints between the petitioner and the proposed accused on account of which a case in Crime No. 317 of 2009 has been registered under Section 145 Cr.P.C., and the matter was referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
