ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.133 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that on 23.06.2022, around 4.30 p.m., while the defacto complainant talking over the phone ran over a flex board near the H.P. Petrol Bunk and on seeing the damage done to the flex board, the petitioners harassed, attacked and abused the defacto complainant with filthy language. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant for causing damage to the flex board and the injured is still in hospital. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
