This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from filling up the post of Senior Resident in Cardiology in Government Coimbatore Medical College by considering the 3rd respondent and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders posting the petitioner as Senior Resident in Government Coimbatore Medical College in the existing vacancy by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent namely The Director of Medical Education, Kilpauk, Chennai 600 010 has filed the position.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
