It is represented by Mr.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the impugned order dated 04.07.2017 is subsequently withdrawn by the proceedings dated 21.08.2017, without prejudice to the institution's rights to proceed in accordance with law. He has also produced a copy of the said communication before this Court.

2. Mr.J.Srinivasa Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above statement may be recorded and the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous, however by granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, as and when an occasion so arises.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and by granting such liberty as sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
