2. The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.2243 of 2021 from the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai to Sub Court, Kulithalai.

3. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife since the wife is a resident of Musiri in Trichy District. The respondent/husband is a resident of Chennai.

4. Considering the convenience of the wife and that of the husband, HMOP No.2243 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Sub Court, Trichirapalli to be disposed of in accordance with law. The above Course would be convenient to both the parties. The Transfer CMP is disposed of as above. No costs.
