C.M.P.No.22598 of 2022 in S.A.No.97 of 2006 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN , J, This is an application filed to set aside the order of dismissal of default as no steps had been taken by the appellants to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant.

Subsequent to the dismissal, three applications have been filed in C.M.P.Nos.22765, 22766 and 22769 of 2022 to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant.

I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

CMP.No.22598 of 2022 is ordered. The appeal is restored to the file.
