ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 26.03.2026, in para 8(c) of Crl.O.P.No.6522 of 2026, thereby directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's working place is at Coimbatore and it is difficult to avail permission at workplace to appear before the respondent police daily twice. Hence, he prayed for necessary modification. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para 8(c) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 6522 of 2026 dated 26.03.2026, as follows :-

"(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 7.30 a.m., until further orders." The other conditions shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified.
