This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1001 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026.

GBI 2.From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), it is seen that, from the very inception, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, in Crl.MP.No.1001 of 2026, dated 02.04.2026.

3. At this juncture, the learned petitioner counsel submits that, due to medical reasons and the remand in the connected case, the petitioner was not in a position to comply with the condition. However, no records have been produced to substantiate the same.
