ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8316 of 2020 on 09.06.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8316 of 2020 dated 09.06.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
