Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Salem in CMA.CS.No.20 of 2011 dated 30.08.2019 confirming the impugned award passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings dated 03.09.2011 in O.S.No.1564 of 2011 filed against the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 19.04.2011 in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5/2011 and quash the same. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Salem in C.M.A.C.S.No.20 of 2011, dated 30.08.2019 confirming the impugned award passed by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 03.09.2011.

2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs,T.Girija, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. This Court has carefully gone through the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Salem. The learned Judge has taken into consideration all the aspects and has found that the petitioner did not fulfil any of the contingencies that warrants interference against the order passed by the first respondent, as provided under Section 34 of the Arbitration Act.

4. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the orders passed by the Arbitrator and as confirmed by the learned Principal District Judge, Salem. There is absolutely no merit in this writ petition.
