Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued as against the 1st Accused in C.C.No.1312 of 2012 pending on the file of Learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 and apprehend and produce him before the said Court as early as possible.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued as against the 1st Accused in C.C.No.1312 of 2012 pending on the file of Learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015.

2.It is seen that this petition has been filed to execute NBW issued on 18.07.2012, and nearly a period of six years has been lapsed after the issuance of NBW as such the prayer sought for has become infructuous.
