Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the sacond respondent in Memorandum No.6312/APD-A1/2015 dated 9.6.2016 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to process the petitioner's application No.100121137 under Backward Class Muslim Category without insisting the MBC Certificate G.O.(Ms.) No.28, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare (BCC) Department dated 6.4.2015.
