The 2nd respondent registered a case in Crime No.12 of 2014 as against the petitioner on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent. Pending investigation, the petitioner has filed the present petition to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.12 of 2014. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation in Crime No.12 of 2014 has already been completed and the complaint was closed as "mistake of fact" in the year 2017 itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the subsequent developments, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
