ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.82 of 2025 on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that the First Information Report registered against the petitioner has been closed as mistake of facts in RCS.No.21 of 2025 and they will serve RCS notice to the petitioner.

3. Since the First Information Report registered against the petitioner has been closed as mistake of facts, quashing of the First Information Report will not arise.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
