ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondents to execute Non Bailable Warrant dated 14.01.2013 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track, Thoothukudi in C.C.No.180 of 2012 against the accused. 2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that Non-bailable warrant has been issued on 29.10.2019 and the accused remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track, Thoothukudi.
