..Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to remove the names of Arumugam, Vijayamohan and Jayaseelan in the revenue records of the S.No.724/2A and to incorporate my name and my sister Rajeswari and Jayalakshmi names in the revenue records by considering my representation dated 16.09.2020 and pass orders. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 16.09.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for the removal of the names of the respondents 5 and 6 from the revenue records and to incorporate the name of the petitioner and his sisters.
2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the third respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 29.10.2020 at 4 p.m. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all relevant documents.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to afford sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 6 and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
