This application has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the aforesaid original petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that since the registered office of the applicant is situated at Kolkata, there was some miscommunication, which results in the delay of 28 days in filing the above petition. Hence, she requests this Court to allow this application.

3. In spite of the service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit and submissions made by the applicant, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay of 28 days in filing the above petition is condoned.
