ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2062 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025, that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30pm., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2062 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025, that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30pm., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further order is relaxed.
