This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 21 days in filing Criminal Revision petition against the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases ( Relating to Cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro cases, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.10314 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
