ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal, dated 18.03.2024 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent Nos.1 to 7. Since no adverse orders are 2/5

passed against the respondent Nos.8 to 12, notice to the respondent Nos.8 to 12 is dispensed with by this Court.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's appeal, dated 18.03.2024 is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal, dated 18.03.2024.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 18.03.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
