This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.368 of 2022 on

the file of the Inspector of Police, Arcot Town Police Station, Ranipet District 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.368 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot on 07.05.2024. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
