ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.MP.No.5647 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.1792 of 2026 dated 30.03.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court concerned on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 30.03.2026 passed in Crl.MP.No.5647 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.1792 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Trial Court weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders'
