This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 17.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2022 to appear before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the investigating officer weekly twice i.e. every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
