JUDGMENT

Appeal Suit has been filed challenging the award passed by the learned I Additional District Court, Vellore in LAOP.No.3/2005 on 13.12.2012.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant produced an affidavit of the appellant stating that the appellant does not wish to prosecute the appeal and hence, seeks that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed. The affidavit of the appellant dated 25.11.2023 shall form part of the record.

3. Recording the affidavit filed by the appellant, this appeal suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
