Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.NEETHIDURAI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The above application has been filed to grant an order of stay, staying the operation of the decree and judgment dated 23.02.2021 passed in O.S.No.9 of 2016, on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore. 2.The learned Counsel for the appellant seeks the permission of the Court to withdraw the stay petition.
