Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners are appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e on every monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.4901 of 2022 dated 12.04.2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAMANAREDDY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4901 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1518 of 2022 on 12.04.2022, to report before the investigating officer once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
