This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 03.08.2022 directed the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible and disposed of the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. However, in the said order, due to inadvertence, the C.C. number was mentioned as 206 of 2022 instead of 2061 of 2022. Hence, the matter has been listed today.
3. Considering his submissions, the C.C. number mentioned in the order shall be modified as C.C.No. 2061 of 2022 instead of C.C.No.206 of 2022.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.M.P.No.9472 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2245 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. 17.08.2022 2/6

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent/accused by an order dated 02.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2245 of 2022.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent submitted that the final report was filed and the charge sheet was taken on file in C.C.No.206 of 2022 by the trial court and the copy of charge sheet was also served on both the parties.
3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the P.F. amount of her husband has been swindled by the accused. Hence, she prayed to direct the accused to deposit part of the amount. 4/6

Considering the fact that since the final report was filed and the charge sheet was also taken on file by the trial court in C.C.No.206 of 2022 and also on seeing the gravity of offence, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to pass any order. However, on seeing the facts, the Trial Court is directed to dispose the case as early as possible, not less than one year, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. 03.08.2022 5/6
