This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.4364 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.574 of 2026, to deposit 40% of the cheque amount to the credit of STC.No.3100 of 2022 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level-IV, George Town, Chennai, on or before 04.05.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court while granting suspension of sentence; however, he is now ready and willing to deposit 30% of the cheque amount. Hence, he prayed for modification of the order.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall deposit 30% of the cheque amount to the credit of STC.No.3100 of 2022 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level-IV, George Town, Chennai, on or before 04.05.2026". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 30.04.2026 cda To The Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level-IV, George Town, Chennai.
