J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.No.7669 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that 1st petitioner had observed the condition only for eight days and the 2nd petitioner observed the condition for 31 days.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in respect of the 1st petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed in respect of 1st petitioner. So far as 2nd petitioner is concerned, condition is modified to the extent that the 2nd petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered in respect of 2nd petitioner alone. 04.08.2023 sma https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
