PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, against the judgment and decree passed in Tax.C.M.A.No.27 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore dated 29.03.2021 and reversing the order passed in T.A.T.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Sub-Judge/Chairman Taxation Appeals Tribunal, Coimbatore Corporation dated 22.04.2016 and dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner.
