Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the subject matter of the Appeal had been amicably settled between the parties. Also he had

addressed the Registrar Judicial vide letter dated 28.11.2024 seeking withdrawal of the Appeal.

2. In the light of the submission of the learned Counsel for the Appellant, the subject matter of the Appeal is disposed as settled between the parties. The learned Counsel for the Appellant is permitted to withdraw the Appeal. The Appeal is disposed as settled between parties. Refund of Court fee is ordered to the Appellant less commission. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
