O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings initiated by the respondent against the petitioner under the Domestic Violence Act.

2.There are certain allegations made against the petitioner in the petition and relief has also been sought for against the petitioner and the proceedings itself has been initiated in the year 2018. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner raised several issues which are all factual in nature and the same should be agitated only before the Court below and the same shall be considered by the Court below on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.Considering the age of the petitioner, his presence is dispensed with before the Court below and he shall be represented by an Advocate. The petitioner shall be present before the Court below as and when required.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in D.V.C.No.97 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
