This is the Second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.167 of 2022.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found to be involved in immoral trafficking activities in the Kamadhenu Apartment owned by the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.
3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13702 of 2022, on 14.06.2022, considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner.
4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
