The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 25.11.2013 and investigate the matter and to file a final report within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 05.12.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. When the matter is called today i.e. 26.06.2018, again there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
