Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the Councilor Mr.D.D.Subramani was also called for enquiry and he also admitted that he has not given any threat and he never interfered with the construction activities of the petitioner. On that basis the complaint was closed.
