O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the de facto complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail that was granted by this Court on 05.09.2017 to the 3rd respondent/petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17910 of 2017, on the ground that the third respondent/petitioner has not handed over the original Power of Attorney in terms of Paragraph No.8(c) of the order dated 05.09.2017 made in Crl.OP.No.17910 of 2017.

2. Heard Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, learned counsel for the de facto complainant, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. Today, (i.e. 16.07.2018), this Court vide Crl.MP.No.8853 of 2018 in Crl.OP.No.17910 of 2017 has deleted the condition in Paragraph No.8(c) of the order dated 05.09.2017 in Crl.OP.No.17910 of 2017 and also granted two weeks time to the third respondent to surrender and furnish sureties as stated in the order dated 05.09.2017 in Crl.OP.No.17910 of 2017.
