The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 19.01.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that on the complaint dated 19.01.2015 given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and the same has been closed on 13.03.2015.
4. Under such circumstances, no direction could be issued to the respondent police, as sought for by the petitioner and hence this petition is closed.
