Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent vide Lr.No.54/CoE/2021, dated 12.07.2021 passed in consequence to the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.05.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent University to permit the petitioner to attend to the final year M.Ch. degree examination which will be conducted by the 1st respondent University starting from 23.08.2021 for completing the super specialty course M.Ch. in Cardio Thoracic Surgery by the Petitioner.

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the 4th respondent vide Lr.No.54/CoE/2021, dated 12.07.2021 passed in consequence to the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.05.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent University to permit the petitioner to attend to the final year M.Ch. degree examination which will be conducted by the 1st respondent University starting from 23.08.2021 for completing the super specialty course M.Ch. in Cardio Thoracic Surgery by the Petitioner.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the examination was already over and therefore, the relief as sought for in the writ petition may not survive and hence this writ

petition is closed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
