The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register an FIR on his complaint, dated 17.01.2015. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.73 of 2015. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the respondent/Police to complete the enquiry and take further action in accordance with law by registering a crime, if any cognizable offence is made out, by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
